Our founder, Jordan Peagler, brings a unique blend of passion and expertise to JFC. She began her career as a chef and purveyor to superyachts, jets, and private villas around the globe, where she gained insider knowledge of the world of fine food sales and production. She quickly realized that it was an industry rife with superfluous markups and opaque business practices, and saw the opportunity to provide luxury foods with a traceable background at direct to consumer prices.
JFC's initial offering is caviar, about which we are particularly passionate- "Sturgeon have graced our planet for 250 million years, and we feel a deep responsibility to protect their future.
